Yoooh i never felt so dissaointed with the staff it now the second time such happend,i love using engen i have been pouring petrol since 2023 i felt home i would pass all fuel stops just to be to this specific garage in kwa-guqa ext10 ,firstly when it happend i thought they too busy and i was also in a rush i came today around 10:30 in the motning as usual to fill some fuel in my car no one assisted cars came after me where filled i even went to Atm to withdraw money so atleast the next person doesnt wait the 10min i waited i petrol attended did see that i have been on a pump but never help me i had to drive all the way to refil at Sasol garage because wow the service i get from them reminds me of what i used to get from engen,to the manager/team leader on shift please do something about this before you lose customers because of staff who are being paid for their jobs but aint taking them serious,there are people who would really appreciate their jobs that they neglicting.. am still in disbelief and will never in my entire life use engen garage around Kwaguqa
