Came here on a Saturday afternoon after finishing The Alchemist and Jordanær 2 nights prior and boy does this hit the spot. I got the Ebi ramen and ha gau. The broth was nice, light and creamy at the same time and it was topped with trout roe I believe. The roe was such a nice edition since the past couple of nights was filled with salmon roes and caviar. The tempera shrimp was fresh and lightly fried as tempura shrimp should be. Ha gau was good as well. This is a no frills, good ramen and beats Minnesota ones anyday. Would definitely come back and highly recommend! Tip - eat outside on a nice summer day
