I am in Clementi outlet on 16 May, 4.08pm. Staff number: 28767 stated in the receipt. I bought 5 boxes of Swiss rolls for 4 other friends and the cashier only gave me 1 big bag. I told her that I am giving to 4 other people and ask for 4 bags. She refused n said only the first bag is free. I asked if I can pay individually but she refused and she already keyed in the order. I think this kind of service is not acceptable. She could have cancelled my first order n arrange for me to pay individually. Please train your staff to be flexible and do indicate that only the first bag is free at the cashier.
