As a young bright chef and business man, Sam Osmow took over Polar Submarine as his own business. Sam experimented with his own recipes and came up with truly delicious meals. He soon felt the need to work on changing the whole concept of the restaurant - making it a business he can easily relate to. He reopened up as Osmow's, a truly Mediterranean restaurant at 251 Queen Street South, Unit 1, Mississauga, thereby presenting his new healthy and mouth watering meal selections.

Very disappointing experience at Osmow’s. While receiving the order, I politely asked if they could cut the wrap in half, but the employee, she responded rudely and said they wouldn’t do it. The wrap I received had multiple black burnt-looking pieces on and around it (see photos), and it was much spicier than what I expected. The quality was not acceptable. When I called the restaurant to explain the issue, the staff hung up on me before I could finish speaking. This is not the way to serve customers. Poor customer service and poor food quality.
