We never actually got our order 1 hour and 20 minutes after ordering, so we couldn’t rate that unfortunately. We ordered a takeout at 8:15pm. We were told the order would be ready at 9:09pm. We rolled in on time and we waited in line (no worries, it’s a busy Friday night) 9:24pm we got to the front of the line, food’s not ready. When we asked how much longer, the guy says “soon”. 9:35pm still no food (1 hour and 20 minutes after ordering), my partner decided to ask for a refund because this is crazy. Guy at the cash says “the food is just being made now”. Got the refund and left. We were really hopeful for this place. Hopefully others don’t have this experience, because it’s honestly soured any desire to come back.
