Buffalo Indian Restaurant was one of the best North Indian restaurants I have been in the US. Their curries taste pretty authentic and flavorful. Their menu caters to everyone’s need (Indian’s and Non-Indian’s) based on the spice levels, protein, and the sauce. Their breads have the rich aroma of ghee. I did not expect to find this restaurant in Wyoming while I’ve been looking for this kind of restaurant in the major cities across the United States. Hats off to the wonderful food and service they’ve provided.
