I had a very disappointing experience with the customer service at the counter. When I first approached to place an order, the staff member pointed me to the self-service kiosk instead of assisting me. I explained that I had never used it before and asked for help, but she was unwilling to assist. When I later asked if she could fix an issue with my order, she clearly said she couldn’t help. This was especially frustrating as I was with my two young children, who were running around, and I was struggling to manage everything on my own without any support. I understand staff can be busy, but completely refusing to help a customer—especially in that situation—is unacceptable. The lack of basic customer care and empathy made the whole experience stressful and upsetting. I hope management addresses this, as it reflects poorly on the business. Based on this experience, I will never be going back and would avoid this place altogether.
