I came in hungry with high expectations but left disappointed. The pop-up inside Tapster was busy, which is understandable and not the main issue here. I ordered two pizzas—the paneer tikka and the lasooni paneer—about 30 and 45 minutes apart. While I appreciate that good food can take time, the quality didn’t justify the wait. The owner/chef appeared to be training an employee, and unfortunately, it felt like I received inconsistent results. Both pizzas were underwhelming—bland overall, with some parts undercooked (as shown in the photos), while the other pizza was overly burnt. I understand Neapolitan-style pizzas can have char, but this was beyond that. The concept is great, and there’s definitely potential here. I just hope they can improve consistency and execution.
