GoogleMusaafer is special. From the moment you walk in, you understand this is a place that has been meticulously thought through. It’s hard in NYC for a restaurant to stand out on ambiance - and that is exactly what has been accomplished. Hard to believe that’s just where the incredible experience only starts. The food is just phenomenal - flavors that are familiar and new at the same time. The coconut curry shrimp was unlike any I have ever had, and had set the bar way too high. The same can be said for every dish. The butter chicken, short rib even the incredible selection Naan. Every dish is a show stopper. The drinks match with both creativity and balance. Our special night was capped off with a wonderful visit by Chef Mayank Istwal who was so generous to chat with us as our meal wrapped up. If you’re looking for an unforgettable meal, this to me is a must. I just hope word doesn’t spread too fast as I will want to go back soon!
