Singh’s is just fantastic. Honestly, if you want a true taste of Trinidad but appreciate when a spot puts a cool, unique twist on traditional food, you have to check them out. Their classics are always spot-on, but things like the Saheena Balls and their Trini-style lo mein are so good. My absolute favorite thing to do is wash the food down with a cold sorrel and wrap things up with some Phat Boy ice cream.
