A dinner worth remembering. The Michelin is absolutely justified and i think they should have even more stars. The service was incredible. The food was mind blowing. I haven’t had this good a dosa in India. The eggplant was amazing and the lobster was to die for. Paired with rice and porotta it really hit the spot. To end it all the payesam was the prefect thing. Absolutely worth it.
