GoogleFood was okay. Asked for a new cup for my hot green tea but was told "it isn't cracked, it's just aesthetics." and refused to change one for us. When asked if a new one can be changed, "even if I change I also just pour the tea into the new cup". This is a hygiene issue, germs and bacteria may be left in the cracks. Very disappointed with the service...

GoogleFood was great and we didn’t wait long for our food to arrive. However, there was a fly flying around our food several times during our dine in. Could be flies from other eateries surrounding us. We LOVE the grape with aloe milk drink 🫶🏼 Overall was amazing highly recommended.

Google-Order w cheese n egg but received no cheese n egg -dine in and take away order waiting time too long (ordered: 8pm, received: 8.27pm) -counter set up doesn’t fit to run high volume orders between take away, delivery & dine in -operation: handling n organise orders fail badly even though there is 4 front staff w 2 kitchen staff during peak hours. -pile of foods (foods definitely turn cold) is being stacked between kitchen & counter window. -lot of flies around -foods: acceptable -price: affordable lot of improvement need to be done in order order to resolve the issues that had been ongoing endlessly

GoogleQR code self ordering and payment for dine in. Comes with free serving of warm tea. Unagi bowl comes with a big piece of unagi on top of rice, taste ok though a bit plain. Beef yakiniku teishoku set comes with grated daikon, picked vege and seaweed soup. Yakiniku Taste a bit too salty have to be eaten with rice, similar with the daikon in soy sauce.

GoogleOrdered on Grab. My food was completely missing. Who are you guys hiring ? U hire blind people also will know to pack properly. I ordered Double half boiled egg also get something else. If you guys can’t cope with alot of orders dont on your grab , simple. Won’t buy from here ever again.
