Heritage Yong Tau Foo is a recently opened stall in Chinatown Complex specializing in Ipoh-style yong tau foo and assam laksa, operated by female chefs who prepare dishes using family recipes. The menu includes stuffed tofu, fishballs, jicama fritters, and other traditional items served with broth, alongside a lighter-style laksa with pineapple notes. The stall offers a limited but focused selection of fillings, with diners noting the quality of the fish components and the comfort appeal of the broths.

Ordered the YTF ($1 x 5pcs) and Assam Laksa ($4.50). YTF fillings were tasty but i would have prefer it to be re-fried for a little while. Understandable not quite possible due to space constraint. I don’t have much experience with Assam Laksa but I like the variation that they are serving here. There seems to be more pineapple and less thick than other places, which gives it a more refreshing lighter soup. Overall still good to pop eat!
