Very disappointed with my recent experience. I ordered a Doner Burrito via Deliveroo (order number 1276), but instead I received a kebab with rice that was extremely spicy. I cannot eat spicy food due to an allergy, and I also do not eat rice. I even customised my order by adding feta cheese, as that was something I specifically wanted, but the order I received was completely wrong. What I received also does not appear to be a menu item, which makes the situation even more concerning. I tried a small bite without thinking it would be something else, and I only realised after swallowing that it was not what I ordered. My stomach is now burning, which is very uncomfortable. I would like to clarify that the Deliveroo driver was polite and has nothing to do with this issue. This appears to be a mistake from the restaurant in preparing the order. I’ve never had issues with other branches before, but this experience at the Southall branch was very disappointing and unacceptable. Orders should be prepared and checked correctly, especially when allergens and dietary requirements are clearly specified.
