I ordered through uber eats on 29th September as we used to live in Luton and recently moved to Coventry and we always had the best experience with them in Luton branch so I thought to order from Pepe’s rather than trying any new food option and this is what I got. The chicken and cheese quesadilla is burnt and half empty nothing inside. The Luton ones are used to be full of chicken and never this much poorly packed and thin. Secondly when I called them the lady who was on call was very rude and she sounds like mocking me that I don’t know anything and she knows everything. We pay heavy amount just to get this garbage. I will never visit or order from this shit place ever again. The staff needs to behave. The management should check that lady who was on shift at that time in evening of 29th sep 2025. I’m so disappointed and then she is saying to come to store and show her the issue because she cannot admit that the problem is at their end. If I can visit then why would I have ordered? Useless and senseless comments she passed me that day. Total disappointment They don’t even deserve this one star 0/10 from me
