With Malatang, you pick and build your own bowl, weigh it, and then choose your preferred soup base. A standard bowl cost around 200 - 300 kroner. They offer the classic Szechuan mala soup base, mildly to medium spicy with the distinctive numbing flavor of Szechuan pepper.
