Malatang is one of the most popular dishes originating from China. Glade Pinner is the first Malatang restaurant in Oslo — and in Norway — to offer halal beef and chicken. With Malatang, you pick and build your own bowl, weigh it, and then choose your preferred soup base. A standard bowl cost around 200 - 300 kroner. They offer the classic Szechuan mala soup base, mildly to medium spicy with the distinctive numbing flavor of Szechuan pepper. You can also find the most popular spicy sesame dry mix — rich, aromatic, and full of flavor. In addition, they offer spicy sour and tomato soup bases, so there’s something for every taste.
