I went to Sofia Uzbek Restaurant and tried the Shurpa, Lula Kabobs, and Lamb Plov. Every dish was absolutely amazing and outstanding — I honestly can’t describe how delicious everything was. The flavors were rich and comforting, and the quality really stood out. I highly recommend everyone to come and try this place. The staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better.
