This store sure live up to its terrible reputation with it's bad review from consumers. Order carrot cake, double confirm with cashier (chinese female staff) that is having here at food court. When come to collect Food, staff give me different food and is in takeaway. double confirm with other staff (chinese female staff) who take my order so many times and still can't confirm my orders, and keep asking me if I paid for the food already or not. If I didn't paid, why would you give me the buzzer? Or can give me receipt to confirm the order which she didn't issue. After finally confirm order, Food is still in take away order. Show attitude when giving the food, when clarify with staff, The Chinese female staff just show attitude and turn away and ignore me. Well done on the service. Highly recommend not to patronise the store
