Had a really lovely meal at Kai Thai on Easter Road! We ordered the dumplings and pad ka prao and both dishes were absolutely delicious. The dumplings were fresh, juicy, and perfectly seasoned, served with a flavourful dipping sauce that had just the right balance of spice and tanginess. The pad ka prao was comforting and full of rich, aromatic Thai flavours — warm, satisfying, and generously portioned. You can really taste the authenticity in the food. The portions are great for the price, and the overall vibe is relaxed and welcoming. Definitely a spot I’d come back to for proper Thai comfort food in Edinburgh. Highly recommend!
