The Baklava Company is a wonderful little gem in the heart of Luton. From the moment you step inside, the ambience stands out – beautifully decorated, warm, inviting, and perfect for enjoying a relaxed dessert break. The attention to detail in the interior creates a cozy yet elegant atmosphere that makes you want to stay a little longer. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and happy to help, adding to the overall positive experience. We tried the Tiramisu Cake, and it was absolutely delicious. It was rich, creamy, perfectly balanced, and clearly made with quality ingredients. Every bite was full of flavour without being overly sweet. In terms of value, I would say it sits in the medium range, but the quality of the dessert, the pleasant environment, and the excellent service make it worthwhile. The display of desserts is impressive, and the whole place has a premium dessert-house feel that is hard to find locally. If you're looking for a place to enjoy quality cakes, desserts, and a relaxing atmosphere, The Baklava Company is definitely worth a visit. A lovely addition to Luton’s food scene, and somewhere I would happily return to try more of their menu.
