We ate here for lunch this week since I kept seeing many videos of it online and thought it looked good. My brother and I ordered from the all you can eat menu and I ordered the Malay Nasi Lemak which was presented nicely but when I cut through the chicken, it was undercooked and pink. I brought back my plate to the staff to show them this and they said it was normal and lots of their customers say this about the chicken. (First red flag!) Another member of staff joined in on the conversation and said that this is how they cook the chicken and its usually cooked “medium well”. I have never been to a restaurant that cooks chicken like this. I didn’t want anything for the incident (we paid as soon as we ordered) but I never got an apology for what happened which was quite disappointing. As for their food, the prawn with sambal had good flavour. The spring rolls were okay. The thai milk tea was very sweet and almost lacking the tea flavour and the mango sticky rice was good. I didn’t get to try anything else as the raw chicken incident put me off ordering more food but I wished they would offer smaller plates of their food for the all you can eat option as to allow more people to try the different variety without too much wastage. The place itself was nice but very small and can only accommodate a certain amount of people inside. There are also some tables outside if the weather permits. The staff were accommodating and the service was fast. Overall, I wouldn’t come back. It was a very underwhelming experience and it seems like the social media posts aren’t what it seemed at all (most of them are paid ads)
