First impression walking in was a little odd. The restaurant has cool artwork throughout and overall appeared clean, but there was absolutely no music playing which made the atmosphere feel awkward and overly quiet. It was quiet enough to clearly hear the cooks singing in the kitchen, which took away from the vibe a bit. There were only two kiosks available for ordering as well. I ordered at the counter with Nadia, who did a great job guiding me through the menu as a first-time guest. She was extremely courteous, patient, and welcoming. She even gave us complimentary chips and guacamole which was a great touch and immediately made the experience feel more hospitable. The blue lemonade was tasty, and the chips and guacamole were good as well, though I do wish the chips had been served warm. I appreciated that napkins and taco sauces were stocked and readily available at the tables. Another nice touch was that the food and drinks were hand-delivered instead of just calling numbers from the counter. My order came out in under 10 minutes. I ordered the birria tacos with a special request, and everything was prepared correctly with no issues. The tacos came out hot, fresh, and full of flavor. Easily a 10/10 on the food side. The men’s restroom initially appeared clean, but after taking a closer look it could definitely use a deeper detailed cleaning.
