This was a different kind of experience... even though we were alone in the restaurant, it took almost 1 hour to receive 2 lassis, 2 bottles of water and 2 main courses. The music was incredibly loud. The portions were tiny, less than 200g per dish. We got a very small bowl of rice for both dishes together. We found it authentic but not spicy. The drinks only arrived after 20 minutes. I can tolerate the interior being crooked, old-fashioned and run-down. What is not OK are the non-functioning toilets, the ripped-out urinals, the broken toilet and the dirty, used underwear in the toilet. Disgusting. Constructive criticism: Repair and modernize your bathroom facilities and work on better customer service. Simplify and speed up the ordering process. Offer normal portion sizes. Turn down the volume of the music. Then there will be more satisfied customers.
