Tried Hungry Bird for the first time and was impressed. The Nashville hot chicken sandwich was crispy, juicy, and packed with flavor without being overly greasy. The spice level had a nice kick, and the portion size was generous. The fries were fresh and well-seasoned too. Service was friendly and the food came out quickly. What really stood out, though, was the kindness I was shown. I was a little short on cash, and the gentleman helping me out (I’m not sure if he was the manager or owner) was incredibly generous and simply charged me the flat rate without tax. It was a small gesture, but it genuinely meant a lot and left a lasting impression. The food alone would have been enough to bring me back, but that level of customer service sealed it. It’s clear they care about their customers, not just the food they’re serving. Definitely one of the better hot chicken spots I’ve had, and I’ll absolutely be coming back to try more of the menu.
