Avoid this store and go other store. The Issues: Food Quality & Safety: Upon taking my first bite, it was immediately clear that the chicken was not fresh. It tasted as though it had been pre-cooked days prior, and the sauce could not mask the stale flavor. Out of caution for food safety, I had to discard the entire order. Dismissive Management: When I called the store to report the issue, the male manager on duty repeatedly dismissed my complaint, stating that the chicken "looked fine in the photo." He ignored my explanation that the issue was the taste and freshness, not the visual presentation. Lack of Accountability: The store refused to issue a refund. While the monetary value is no longer my primary concern, the manager's complete disregard for customer feedback and food hygiene standards is alarming.
