We wanted something light, so we only ordered a homemade scone with breakfast tea and a smoothie. The scone was absolutely delicious- perfectly crisp on the outside, while still soft, buttery, and incredibly fresh inside. It was also a generous size and came with clotted cream, jam, butter, and fresh strawberries. The atmosphere was cosy and welcoming, and the service was excellent. There was only one person working, but he was very efficient and attentive, and we didn’t have to wait at all. Other customers were having salads and cooked breakfasts, and they looked really good too. Based on our experience, I would definitely recommend this place and would happily come back again. We had a really lovely visit.
