Extremely unpleasant. The little girl who answered the phone was very nice, then she put me through to her mother, and I was shocked by the way she spoke. I was truly shocked at how someone could speak so rudely, especially in front of a little girl. What's more, I'm a customer. I had the misfortune of calling because I'm sick, so my voice isn't great, and she tells me, "First, speak in French!" and then she says, "I don't care," and hangs up. Avoid her! An unpleasant woman.
