I don't usually leave reviews, but after the service I received from Raginee Shah at Chopstix in Luton Airport, I felt she deserved a mention. After a long day of travelling, it's the little things that make a difference, and Raginee's friendly attitude immediately stood out. She welcomed us with a genuine smile, made conversation while taking our order, and was incredibly patient as we decided what we wanted. Rather than making us feel rushed, she took the time to explain the menu, answered our questions, and recommended a few options, which we really appreciated. She prepared and served our food with care, making sure everything in our order was correct before handing it over. Even though there was a steady flow of customers, she stayed calm, organised, and gave everyone the same warm and professional service. It was clear she takes pride in what she does, and that made the whole experience much more enjoyable. Customer service like this is becoming harder to find, especially in a busy airport where people are often in a rush. Raginee managed to make us feel like valued customers rather than just another order. Her positive attitude, kindness, and attention to detail genuinely brightened our day. A big thank you to Raginee for making our visit such a pleasant one. She is a fantastic ambassador for Chopstix at Luton Airport and a real credit to the front-of-house team. I hope she gets the recognition she deserves because employees like her make people want to come back
