A hidden gem for Korean fried chicken 🍗 I first came here because of the photos I saw online — the coating looked thin and crispy. And yes… it’s exactly like that in real life. ✨ Freshly fried upon order They fry only after you order, so it’s not fast-food quick. You’ll wait a little longer — but it’s 100% worth it. 🍗 Texture is insane Super light, crispy crust (not thick or greasy). Meat is unbelievably juicy and tender — almost jelly-soft. Even the chicken breast melts in your mouth. After 7 years in Singapore, this is honestly the best fried chicken I’ve had. 👀 Open kitchen & clean process You can see everything being prepared. Fresh, transparent, no shortcuts. 🔥 Flavour recommendations 🥇 Soy Garlic – rich, fragrant sweetness, very balanced. My top pick. 🥈 Original – simple but lets the texture shine. 💡 Always ask for their special sauce of the day — they rotate it often. 🌶️ Yang Nyeom – mild spice, slight tang (a bit like sweet & sour pork in Chinese cuisine). Personally, I didn’t love the sweetness as much as Soy Garlic. They focus on one core dish — and they’ve truly mastered it. Safe to say… 🍗 Bokk is now my #1 fried chicken in Singapore. I’ll definitely be back.

Great location. People who complain about the waiting time after ordering need to know that the food is fried fresh upon order. You go South Korea also same waiting time ya. This is not fast food where they fry long ago and keep warm. The fried chicken is not the packet kind where the chef just fries what's already precooked at the factory and whack the sauce. I love how the chef puts his own touches in the food like providing fresh kimchi which is rare. Yes it doesn't taste like fermented kimchi because it simply isn't fermented like the kimchi bottles you buy at supermarkets. The sauces also have a little extra because this place needs to have their own twist. The chicken is JUICY. You cant get this elsewhere. So much so that the chicken breast option is always sold out. The fries are great too. You'd want more.

We had an amazing experience dining here with a group of 13–14 people. I called at 6pm to check if they could accommodate us by 6:45pm, and to our surprise, they cleared out their entire second floor just for us. That level of attentiveness was already impressive. They even reserved enough chicken for all our individual orders, which was thoughtful given our group size. Although they later realized they didn’t have quite enough chicken, they immediately apologized, offered a refund, and gave us chicken tenders as replacements. On top of that, the owner personally came over and offered us free Terra and Cass beers, plus fries on the house — a gesture that truly showed how much they care about their customers. The food itself was fantastic. The chicken was moist, freshly fried upon order, and packed with flavor. The soy garlic is an absolute must — rich, savory, and addictive. The yangnyeom was also tasty, but the soy garlic? Wah, solid. Fries were also freshly fried, crispy, and flavorful without being cloying. Overall, this place exceeded expectations in both food and service. Highly recommend and would definitely come again. Thank you for the warm hospitality and delicious meal!

New Korean fried chicken spot at Upper Thomson! The chicken is super crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Our top pick is definitely the soy garlic flavour. The fries are perfectly done too - crispy outside, fluffy inside. My family’s been ordering from them almost every week since their soft launch and now they're having 50% off for their opening promo! Highly recommend ◡̈

Absolutely loved my meal at BOKK. The chicken was perfectly cooked, crispy on the outside yet tender and juicy inside, with just the right amount of seasoning. It tasted fresh and full of flavour. The fries were just as impressive, golden and crunchy, generously topped with rich cheese sauce and fresh spring onions that gave a nice balance. Together, it made for a satisfying and indulgent treat. Great food, friendly service, and a place I’d definitely return to. Highly recommended for anyone craving quality Korean fried chicken and sides.
