My husband and I tried Smokey Beards Q tonight and overall we were really impressed! We ordered the Outlaw loaded brisket fries, mac and cheese, and 1/4 lb of the sliced brisket. The mac and cheese was a little bland for our taste, but everything else was amazing. The loaded fries were perfectly cooked and didn’t get soggy with all the toppings and brisket (which is rare!). And the brisket… omg. Probably the best brisket I’ve ever had. It was seasoned and smoked to perfection super tender and packed with flavor. We also tried the Dubai dessert (can’t remember the exact name) and it was pretty good! Maybe a little rich for our taste buds, but still delicious. We’re already looking forward to going back to try the Dino ribs and the tiramisu next time. The only other thing we noticed was that it’s very quiet inside, which made it feel a little awkward at times. Some background music or TVs in the future might help with the atmosphere. Overall, great food and we’ll definitely be back!
