"Dear customer, If you order now, it will be ready for another 90 minutes." Any kind of food that's popular is useless if you have to wait more than 10 or 15 minutes just to get it. Your production capability needs serious upgrade.
I was here on the morning of 16 May which was a Saturday. It took quite a while for my order to be ready. Be ready to wait at least 45 mins. The male staff at the cashier was lovely and polite. But I cannot say the same for the lady staff at the collection point. I came to her window to enquire and without even looking at my ticket, she said “Not yet.” The tone and expression was impolite, unlike the usual hospitality I’ve experienced from the service staff in Batam. Would I come again? I may, because the food is good.
28 Apr 2026 We were attracted by the long queue. Best time to buy is during weekday before late afternoon when there is no queue. Pretty good chicken roll created by Indonesian brand. It’s quite a big piece for Rp39,000. Can customise by the sauce, powder and spice level. We had mild and it was quite spicy already. The sauces are sweet though. I had the satsuro-age which is actually fish cake sliced with powders. It’s nothing interesting. Just get the ala-carte chicken roll at Rp39,000. Payment in cash or their QR payment.
As what other review mentioned, service wise is quite slow. Ordered at 12.16pm but only get my food at around 12.45pm. Drinks they do not serve directly while everything is in order then they serve. Food is definitely tasty. The shop is small but there are tables you can dine in. Overall if the service is better than serving the drinks first and give the chikuro quickly as those are the items which can be given to customer will be better.
Long queue because they need all the customer pay exact the same amount for the purchase price. Why the business open without preparing small changes to customer? Wondering we serve the shop or the shop serving us.
