So I visited here with my family for their advertised Iftar Menu specifically for Ramadan. We booked in advance and reserving a table was v.easy. It wasn't overcrowded when we got there and were seated promptly. The starters were excellent. Strangely we were missing the Jalapeño bites, but didn't mention it to staff. With the mains there was an excellent choice. We went for the chicken burger, chicken sandwich, Smash burger and the tenders wrap. All were excellent in taste flavour and presentation. The chicken sandwich could've been grilled a bit more as the bread was soggy unfortunately. The desserts were equally of good quality and freshly made. The knuafe could be improved alot and was tasteless tbh. The servers seemed miserable and felt like they didn't want to be there, maybe some good customer service skills and training wouldn't go amiss. The decor was great and you can tell money had been invested in making sure customers had a great experience. Maybe look for more staff who are socially inclined to further improve the customers overall experience. The money i paid i felt was worth it. Overall I did give it a 9/10.
