For the past 20 years we enjoyed the Jollibee in HK central. Chicken is always hot n crispy. Here the Chicken is soggy n no taste. The queue is super long n service super slow. Despite of the crowd Chicken is serve cold which means it was cooked in bulk n they r so slow to serve that it grew cold Coffee is only 2/3 full . Thats cheating. Machine shows photo of thigh n drumstick but they gave breast n refused to exchange. They said I shd hv check at the counter but there is this thing call human basic trust. Just like I trust there will be 2 pcs chicken inside n coffee filled 7/8 of the cup. If picture shows thigh n drumstick, there shd be the same inside the box Oh well , I hope the owners hv better integrity. Wont be back
