GoogleI had the pleasure of going to Pookie's Crack Cakes in July while I was home visiting family. The two brothers that work there are delightful. I initially bought an Oreo cake that was delicious! My cousin bought the peach cobbler cake and when I tasted it I knew that I had to come back and get one before I left Chicago. I also tried the lemon cake which was amazing and I'm not even a big fan of lemon cake. I left Chicago with 5 cakes that I bought for myself and friends. They use all natural ingredients which makes their cakes taste amazing! I've never had cakes as good as theirs. They also sell fruit drinks made with all natural ingredients and sweetened with monk fruit. l bought one of each flavor both times that I was there. Pookie's will be a permanent part of my annual trip home to Chicago.
