Poor service canberra mall outlet, date 04 Dec 26, time about 11.15 am, staff are not well trained in payment process with credit card and Nets card, i purchase with credit card, KFC staff use my master credit card to using the Nets terminal for payment transactions ,it was failed, and declined for twice, she asked me have any other card? I proceed with DBS Nets card, and told her clearly i am pay by Nets with pin and not a pay wave, (reason wave deactivated for card lost safety) she again used the wave terminal transactions it failed and declined for twice. End out i made cash payment for $14.85 To double confirm my two card with no problems, I immediately visited to other stalls 7-11 & canberra outlet NTUC both my master card & Nets card a no problem with successful payment deducted. I go back to KFC counter to look for their duty manager for cleartified this issue, but i am very disappointed the manager are very rude and unfriendly at all, she protecting their staff and claims that their staffs is well trained, i told her off i has tested my both card had no problems at all, she kept on saying is my card declined, ask me check with my bank... I tell her I will feedback to KFC HQ, she challenged my can & Okay Poor and worse service canberra outlet Poor and management of KFC HR No feedback hotline No feedback e-mail

I bought 5 PCs of chicken and it's already ex than was given 4 chilli .Asked the manager that wore black he said given already as in that is enough.I hope kfc please your customers bought so ex and five chicken given four chilli .Ask yourself enough ?Will never go to 888 plaza kfc anymore not first time n the staff really side

22/9/2025, new review. Recently KFC change the new recipe for tender chicken (only original version). The taste is too salty, and the chicken becomes too soft, Is it my imagination? The chicken is thinner, as 27 years experience in food industry, my observation should be correct. Let’s see KFC how to reply. The previous version is way better. Pls bring back the tender spicy like before. With new tender chicken, the taste will causes the sales drop a lot. KFC Singapore no longer consider as fast food chain. Only can say it is a fried Chicken shop. Very bad experience in past few month till now. Waiting time up to 1hr and no food ready. Not even a cup of drinks from your order. People go for fast food restaurant will think the service is fast. KFC no more. Even the Korean fried chicken serve the food is faster than KFC, Customer hotline also never answer at all, online feedback this issue also no reply and action. Maybe KFC want to withdraw sg market same like Indonesia.

Lousy customer service. Westmall KFC outlet that encourages food waste in a time of increasing push for sustainability. I requested for an order of a 2 pc meal. First I asked if I may swop the coleslaw with whipped potato because I don't eat coleslaw. I was rejected. 2nd, I asked if I may change one of the 2 pcs of chicken. I was rejected. Reason being this is a promo set. I scrutinised the promo terms and conditions. It has zero mention of sorts even when it listed other conditions. Patrons are coerced to accept items they do not want which ended up in the waste bin. 2 suggestions for KFC: 1) either put terms and conditions clearly so that patrons will not waste time queuing up for an order they do not agree with 2) Cease all promo if KFC is so keen on enforcing its policies My experience for this episode: Shameful that KFC acts in such way. And I think KFC is no longer practicing the good service it used to have.

Horrible service & staff attitude! Waited for 1 hour for the food. Checked with cashier n found out order was lost! KFC mgt pls look into the service for this branch - PLQ!
