I don’t even know where to begin in this review, but I can assure you that everything that’ll be shared in this review will indeed be positive. I had encountered Reem’s Kitchen and Catering while I was in Pioneer Square for the first home FIFA match (Egypt v. Belgium). As it was my first ever time trying Palestinian cuisine, I wanted to go all in. The staff that was working the event were welcoming, informative, friendly and served the dishes up with a smile. I was recommended their two most popular menu items: Knafeh and the chicken shawarma bowl. The aroma had me drooling from the very beginning of my purchase all the way to indulging in my first bite. The flavors were explosively good, the food came out hot, prepared with love and delicious. Especially the knafeh….it was my first time having authentic knafeh and I was not disappointed. I will be a lifelong, returning customer to this business because of their hospitality, their food, the professionalism and the atmosphere that they all provide.
