I always order at pepes and have never had an issue. This time round I dealt with the most horrible woman. I did a phone order, she told me she would be right back then disappeared. I had to call up again and the amount of attitude she gave me on the phone was disgusting. I turned up in store and after waiting a while I asked her where my order was, she completely ignored me and walked off. I had to ask another member of staff. Ive never been treated so nasty its vile. Someone needs to get rid of her asap your going to lose customers with someone that disgusting at the front. I got her picture from someone else's review it doesnt seem im the only one who has had this issue. They don't have name badges on so I couldnt get her name.
