I love, love, love this store and usually have a great experience, but lately that hasn’t been the case. The prices and selection are still amazing, but the customer service at checkout has really gone downhill. There’s an older male cashier and a teenage girl who consistently have poor attitudes. They rush you through the line and literally throw your groceries into the bags with no care. When you try to say something, they just stare you down instead of responding or helping, which is very uncomfortable. I really enjoy shopping here, but experiences like this make it frustrating. I hope management addresses this because it definitely impacts the overall experience.
