I recently visited Juicy Birds Nashville Hot Chicken, and my experience was average overall. The food was decent, but nothing really stood out. It wasn’t bad, but it also wasn’t memorable enough to make me want to return just for the food. The biggest issue was the service. There were only two staff members working, and they seemed completely overwhelmed trying to manage everything at once. I understand that it’s not their fault, but the restaurant clearly needs better staffing during busy hours. Because they were so occupied, new customers weren’t being attended to promptly. While I was there, I saw two customers walk out because no one was available to acknowledge or assist them. Even a quick greeting or letting them know there would be a wait could have made a difference. It gave the impression that the restaurant wasn’t prepared to handle the number of customers coming in. The two staff members were working hard, but there simply weren’t enough people to keep things running smoothly. With better staffing and a little more organization, I think the overall customer experience could improve significantly. Right now, the food is average, and the service suffers because the team appears to be stretched too thin.
