As a young bright chef and business man, Sam Osmow took over Polar Submarine as his own business. Sam experimented with his own recipes and came up with truly delicious meals. He soon felt the need to work on changing the whole concept of the restaurant - making it a business he can easily relate to. He reopened up as Osmow's, a truly Mediterranean restaurant at 251 Queen Street South, Unit 1, Mississauga, thereby presenting his new healthy and mouth watering meal selections.
Staff has given verbal assurance of halal status. Osmow's states that their meats are sourced from central halal-certified suppliers and that all of its meat is hand-slaughtered.

This was the worst experience. The manager was a lady who purposely removed her name tag. She was horrible rude and lacks customer service. She would refuse to give me my refund stating her machine was “broken” after I paid. How convenient of her machine to break. So she denied us our refund and food. This is absolutely horrible and unjust and shouldn’t be how anybody feels in any establishment. I’m leaving this review not to be a complainer, but it was genuinely a horrible experience and something to keep an eye out for. The manager needs to get an attitude adjustment, whoever you are owner, please fire this lady asap.
