⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a fantastic experience at Smoke & Pepper in Hounslow and can honestly say I was impressed from the moment I walked in. The restaurant itself is spacious, modern, and has that fresh, new-restaurant vibe that immediately makes you feel comfortable. The atmosphere was great, and everything looked clean and well presented. The staff were all friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. There was a small mix-up with one of the complimentary items, but it was handled quickly and professionally without any issues, which I really appreciated. For food, I ordered the Flying Dutchman, which swaps the traditional burger buns for grilled onion slices around the beef patties. It was packed with flavour and something a little different from the usual burger experience. I also had the loaded brisket fries, which were absolutely incredible—generous portions, full of flavour, and easily one of the highlights of the meal. I also loved the little touches, especially the seasoning bottles available on the tables, allowing you to customise your meal exactly how you like it. It's clear that a lot of thought has gone into the customer experience. Overall, everything about the visit was excellent – the food, the atmosphere, the service, and the attention to detail. Smoke & Pepper has definitely earned itself another regular customer, and I'll be recommending it to friends and family. Highly recommended!
