It’s been donkey years since I last had their muffins at a hawker centre in Queenstown. It was one of the better ones I had then and they still are today. I chanced upon their pop up stall at either Jem or Westgate in the last week of Feb. I have to say their muffins tasted better in the sense it’s not loaded with sugar, it’s moist and there’s more variety than I last had a decade ago. Take apple crumble muffin for example, it literally has sliced apples in the muffin, shredded gula coconut in the ondeh x 2 ones too. The best thing is their muffins are still soft after being left at room temperature for 2 days. Last but not least, the people behind the stall - a Chinese lady and I believe a Malay gentleman at the pop up stall rock! Both are engaging and are damn good in sales (not the pushy way). The kind of employees all bosses would want to bring onboard. I ended up buying 3 boxes of muffins that week. Two boxes between my kid and I and the other to gift.
