I’ve given this location three chances because I really enjoy the food at other locations, but unfortunately, this one has been consistently disappointing. My first visit, I ordered two chicken swarmers and shrimp skewers. I requested my sauces on the side, but the sauce containers weren’t sealed properly and leaked all over my work bag. My second visit, the food was extremely greasy. On my third visit, I ordered the chicken bowl. The yellow rice clearly wasn’t prepared correctly. There were chunks of orange seasoning throughout the rice that were incredibly salty, as if the seasoning hadn’t been mixed properly. The bowl was also mostly rice with very little chicken, which was disappointing. To make matters worse, even the Kool-Aid was not Too tasty today. I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but after three separate visits with three different issues, I felt it was worth mentioning. I know this brand can do much better because I’ve had great experiences at other locations. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and focuses on improving the consistency and quality at this restaurant.
So glad this location opened right by work. Service here is fast and food is always good.
Hello first visit ordered from kiosk ordered steak but got chicken and pickles requested no pickles had to eat it because I was already at at work customer service was good building was clean
The staff and management were extremely helpful in helping me decide what to order. They were very patient, welcoming, and attentive throughout the entire experience. On top of that, the food was absolutely delicious. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for great service and amazing food!
