I was very disappointed with my experience at Little China. The food was not as expected, and the customer service was very poor. There were only two waiters (one female and one male), and the main issue was with the male waiter. He did not properly attend to customers and often ignored people waiting to order. At one point, he handed us the POS machine and then walked away without completing the payment process or assisting further, which caused even more delay and confusion. We waited more than 20 minutes just to place an order, over 40 minutes to receive the food, and another 20 minutes just to pay the bill. I also saw several customers leave after sitting for more than 30 minutes without their orders being taken. Overall, the poor service and lack of organization ruined the experience.
