Centro Bistro is an absolute gem in the heart of Rome! From the very first moment, this café completely won me over. The atmosphere is warm, stylish, and authentically Roman — the kind of place where you want to slow down, enjoy your coffee, and watch the city go by. The food and coffee are outstanding: everything is fresh, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. You can truly feel the passion and attention to detail in every dish and cup.
