Moby Dick’s has very, very good food. We have eaten in many of the locations. Moby Dick’s seems like a well-run chain with fresh ingredients, depth of flavor and cleanliness of restaurants is obviously stressed. The cost of dinner is very reasonable. Unfortunately, when we visited the Potomac store, we were very disappointed. It’s small, dark, a lighted overhead menu that, for non-Persians- was not helpful. We asked for a printed menu with descriptions of the dishes. The woman giving us the menu was less than friendly and seemed put out by the request. We aren’t young and it was not easy to read the menu in that light. Finally, really hungry now, we gave up and went to a much lesser eatery where the food was ok, but the greeting and servers were great.
