If you’re craving authentic Pakistani flavours in the Hills area, Kolachi Grill Bella Vista is a must-visit! From the moment we walked in, the aroma of freshly grilled BBQ and desi spices set the tone for a comforting, homely dining experience. We started off with the Chicken Dynamite, which was the perfect appetizer, crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, with a creamy and mildly spicy sauce that packed just the right punch. It was a great start that set high expectations for what was to come. The Chicken Biryani was aromatic and beautifully layered, featuring perfectly cooked basmati rice and tender chicken pieces. Every bite had that classic blend of spice and fragrance you’d expect from traditional Pakistani biryani, not too oily, not too dry, just right. Next up, the Chapli Kebab; hands down one of the highlights! Juicy, well-seasoned, and full of bold, meaty flavour with a hint of spice that made it incredibly satisfying. It paired perfectly with the chutneys and naan. The BBQ Platter was a showstopper; an impressive selection of grilled meats cooked to perfection. Each piece was smoky, tender, and marinated with authentic spices that truly reflected Pakistani BBQ at its best. To cool things down, we tried both the Mango Lassi and Milk Lassi, and both were spot on, thick, refreshing and made with real, fresh ingredients. Finally, we ended with their Karak Chai, which was the perfect finish to a hearty desi meal. The service was friendly and attentive, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming with a casual yet cozy vibe, perfect for families or a friends’ catch-up. Highly recommended for anyone who loves biryani, kebabs and chai that tastes just like back home 🇵🇰
