I am extremely disappointed and honestly very upset with the experience we had yesterday. The food we were served was very cold and did not taste fresh at all, which is completely unacceptable when customers are paying for a proper meal. The fried fish was supposed to be one whole fish, but instead we were given only half a fish that had been cut, which was very disappointing and not what was expected. On top of that, we ordered grilled dory fish with black pepper sauce, but were served salmon with rice instead, which was completely the wrong order. The salmon was very cold, extremely hard, and clearly not fresh. The pieces were already broken and falling apart, and the overall condition made it look like the food had been sitting around for a long time instead of being freshly prepared. Please understand that we bought this food to break our fast. After fasting the entire day, we were expecting a warm, fresh, and satisfying meal. Instead, we were served cold, poor-quality food that felt like no care or effort had gone into preparing it, which was extremely upsetting and disappointing. Even the rice was cold, which clearly shows that little effort was made to ensure the food was served properly. When customers take the time to come to the stall and place an order, they expect food that is fresh, properly prepared, and served in good condition, not something that tastes like it was cooked long ago and simply handed out without attention to quality. Usually when we order from this stall, the food is hot and tastes good, which is why we trusted the place and decided to order again. However, yesterday’s experience was very bad and far below acceptable standards. The quality was extremely disappointing compared to what we have experienced before. If you cannot manage the orders properly or prepare the food fresh, then please do not accept the orders in the first place. Customers should not have to deal with wrong orders, cold food, and poor-quality meals after waiting and paying for their food. When people order food, they expect to receive what they paid for, and they expect it to be fresh, warm, and properly prepared. If you are running a food business, the least you can do is ensure that the food served to customers is fresh, hot, and prepared properly. Serving cold and unfresh food like this is simply unacceptable. Customers should not have to deal with such poor quality when they are paying for their meals, especially when they are relying on the food to break their fast after a long day.
