Decided on going here as previous visits years ago were good. Unfortunately didn't really get past the door, staff at counter just rude. When this opened the staff were fantastic and very polite. The guy who helped set it up really cared and honestly went the extra mile in quality, cleanliness and customer service. Even today hold one of the original gold keys. Alas nothing good last forever! Some belligerent staff have taken over, zero customer service skills. Definitely don't recommend going here now. Best go to prezzo Bella Italia or even Nandos where at least you will have much better customer service.
