GoogleI have just made an order with Nene Chicken Altone. I’ve had the worst experience I’ve ever had with a franchise. Firstly, I ordered a half and half boneless which states that I should be getting approximately 320g worth of chicken. However, when I opened the box I only got 4 prices which when weighed was nearly 100 grams less than advertised 238g. This cost me $22 for 4 pieces of chicken. I then called the store to make a complaint. The girl who picked up the phone just told me sorry but they don’t make the price. I told her that I weighed the chicken and it’s not as advertised. She had asked me to go back to the store with photos to prove that I didn’t get what I ordered. This is such an inconvenience as I don’t live close and it insinuates that my complaint may not be truthful. I started driving to the store and on my way there, I had got a call back from who I assume is a manager of the franchise. He told me not to go back as they cannot do anything for me and that I will have to contact the company directly. Another inconvenience as I have already started making my way there and have now been told that there is no point. I asked what my compensation would be and he said I might get the right order another day. Why would I want my order another day. I have ordered it to eat on the day. This is the most ridiculous experience I’ve ever had.
